This project is a Partnership between The Public Health Practitioner with S.E Trust ( Caroline McGrath) and The Beeches. To improve health and wellbeing of clients within the Centre. A range of activities have been taken within the Centre including: Chi Me, online safety and healthy eating. This project has been put forward for a Public Health Agency Chairman’s Involvement Award in Improving the quality of service for service users and carers.
