Easter baking- the Gallery group made individual cheesecake cups and coloured them yellow and pink and decorated with sugar carrots and flowers, they also made Malteaser traybake buns and decorated fairy cakes with yellow and pink icing to match the cheesecake cups. Everyone had fun crushing biscuits and mixing up the cheesecake and malteaser mixtures- Timothy had a great time smashing the Malteasers! These delicious buns were shared with our friends in the Villa and Blackstone groups and the staff at the Centre.
