Tying in with our Autumn wreath project, we decided to try leaf rubbing using crayons.
We collected different sizes and types of leaves from our garden to use for our project and different colours in order to create our wreaths. We chose from brown, yellow, green and orange crayons to give that Autumnal look.
We placed a thin sheet of white paper over the top of the leaf and used the our chosen crayon to rub over the top of the leaf. The pattern on the leaf then starts to take shape on the white paper. Have a look at our creations below 😊
