On 20/02/19 Local Health Development Practitioner (SE Trust) Caroline McGrath gave a talk on Healthy Eating. Caroline discussed the different food groups, the amount of sugar and fat in sweets/foods. Clients enjoyed guessing the amount of sugar they thought was in food and some where surprised at some of the results.

On Thursday 21st December 2018 we had a FABULOUS Christmas party in the Village Hall in Aghalee; with entertainment from DJ JamieB who provided great tunes all afternoon.

We had a great evening at our Pub Quiz in the Ballymac in November and are pleased to inform you that we raised £1057.00. The Fundraising/Client Committee agreed £200.00 of this would be donated to the Dog’s Trust.

On 14/9/18 Twelve of us took part in the Colour Run in Wallace Park – Lisburn as part of Lisburn & Castlereaghs Every Body Active 2020 programme. The group took part in a Zumba style warm up/stretching at the Bandstand in Wallace park, with 2 clients helping out with the warm ups.
