5 Steps Ambassador

Training completed on 5/11/19. “Take 5 Steps to well being” is a set of public health messages aimed at improving the well being of the whole population. Christmas Party at the Centre!

On Thursday 19th December 2019 the clients and staff enjoyed the annual Christmas party. Music was provided by the Brilliant DJ Jamie B, we all had a great time dancing/singing to all the greatest hits! Santa Claus visited the Centre and gave all the clients a lovely gift.    

Christmas Closures Dates

We would like to remind you that the Centre will be closed for the Christmas Holidays on the following dates: 24th December 2019 – 1st January 2020 Inclusive. The Centre will close at 3pm on the 23rd December 2019 and re-open on Thursday 2nd January 2020. We would like to take this

Wednesday 11th December 2019 the Blackstone key groups enjoyed watching a Christmas film in the Training Suite.

Dasher the reindeer!

Dasher the reindeer visited the Nursing home on Thursday 12th December. 4 Clients from the Centre got the chance to go over and meet him. We learnt that reindeers don’t like anyone touching their antlers.

Sing with Julie!

At the start of October Clients enjoyed one week of while staff took part in yearly mandatory training.   We hope you all have a safe and enjoyable Halloween.    

Up-cycling- our work of art!!

Photos show a recently up-cycled piece that we recently completed. We added a drafts board so that it was a multi-functional piece. Clients helped to paint in each square. Everyone at the Centre is very happy with the results.!!   Please get in touch with the Centre if you have any items

Fire Brigade educational visit.
