On 14/9/18 Twelve of us took part in the Colour Run in Wallace Park – Lisburn as part of Lisburn & Castlereaghs Every Body Active 2020 programme.
The group took part in a Zumba style warm up/stretching at the Bandstand in Wallace park, with 2 clients helping out with the warm ups.
The group then walked 2 km around the park whilst getting doused with coloured powders – some getting a lot more colour than others! Most of us had great fun doing the event.
