World Makaton Day was held on 28^th of August and Resource Centre clients got involved by completing a range of Makaton based activities including:

• Learning some new signs (airplane, sheep, biscuit, dog, drink)
• Learning colours in Makaton
• Learning feelings in Makaton
• Learning “Twinkle Twinkle Little Star” in Makaton.

Everyone had a great time trying out these new signs, the group also completed worksheets and displayed all of their hard work on the Notice board for everyone to see.
