The key groups at the Centre all took part in planting sunflower seeds. We had great fun doing this. We put compost into a small pot and then put the seed in. Orla helped us to water the seeds and we put them in the greenhouse to grow as it is nice

The Music Room/Gallery group have been working hard getting their room and the garden ready for springtime. We planted Sunflowers, Courgettes and Butternut squash indoors and when they’re ready we will transfer them to our vegetable patch. Recently staff member Aimee became a Chi Me instructor after completing a Level 2 Qualification through Lifedock (accredited by National Open College Network).
